We use this app for reviews on our website. Every time we need help the support team is quick to respond, answers all of our questions and helps us learn new things about the platform. Highly recommend using this app!

Not only is this a useful tool, but the developers are super responsive and helpful! Seriously I feel bad for how many times they've helped me with trying to optimize things, they're great!

The best part about Stamp'd is it's support team. We have added a lot of custom features to our Reviews and Feedback Emails and the team has been extremely helpful in getting everything to a great place. They're friendly, efficient, and always respond quickly ... it's like they're always working 24/7! Thank you team for all your help and support! You guys are awesome.

Our experience with the guys at Stamped.io Product Reviews UGC has been brilliant, we really couldn't fault the level of expertise we have on hand at the touch of a keyboard and know that if we ever need help in resolving an issue it is quickly there for us.
They are always open to new ideas and implementing them quickly so we can get the most from this platform which is integral to our SEO and ongoing relationships with our customers.
In particular most recently I enquired about a product review we needed help with and within an hour I had a resolution to this problem, great work from Mohamed.

Very useful great app and helps one to schedule review directly to customers after their purchase! Will be even more powerful if it can be linked to customers getting their product timing.. Cool. =)

Judy with Samped.io couldn't be better to deal with. We needed special assistance to resolve an issue related to old reviews displaying for new products. She was knowledgeable, professional and responsive, and most of all patient while we worked through the challenges and found a resolution. I would recommend this company to any business looking to improve their review workflow.

Good app...but requires $$ for the good features.
Features like social media share and limit throughput.
