The support is excellent, price is good and the end product is near flawless. One of the best value apps on the shopify marketplace.

Customer service after a year of using still superb, new features being rolled out very frequently which is a plus.

2020 Update:
For anyone on the fence on whether to use this app, get off the fence. This is the company to partner with. The Product Reviews app is great but their service and dedication to our business is refreshing. I'm not treated as a means to an end. Get the app!
2019 Update:
Their level of service and communication is a worthy goal for all shop owners. You can sense that they are committed to your success. I highly recommend this app and the team that supports it.

It's been a few years and my experience is still great. I love the improvements and the customer service hasn't wavered at all.

Working with Shopry has been great. Not only is the Product Reviews Addon much needed to extend Shopify's app, they provide excellent customer service and technical support. After sending an email asking a question or requesting help, I hear from Tommy or one of his team members in no time. My expectations have been exceeded over and over again. Two thumbs way up.

I have found stamped.io to be a brilliant addition to my site. The % of reviews I get went up dramatically when I added this, as it is so easy for customers to use, and allows me to format and personalise emails to match my branding. Would highly recommend (and in fact have done so in some of the business facebook groups I am in)

After a theme update I struggled to install the reviews, in the right place. The help desk sorted it out straight away. The app was working well for me previously so I'm looking forward to it continuing to work well. I can recommend it.

I love this app, and the customer service is phenomenal. The interface is easy to use and customize to display our store's growing number of reviews for our amazing Canine Cloud pet bed/lounger. When I e-mailed the developer with a question the night before a holiday, he fixed the issue for me right away (I thought he was just going to tell me how to do it). I encourage you to install this app for all of your store's review needs.
