Einfach zu bedienen. Der Service ist sehr gut. Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem Importieren von Bewertungen per csv-Datei. Mir wurde schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmals.

I had an issue with the star rating not showing on my page, and the Appio support team responded extremely quickly. Amy was very patient, friendly, and efficient in diagnosing the problem and helping me fix it.
The problem was completely solved within a short time, and the communication throughout the process was smooth and professional.
Highly recommend this app—not only for its functionality, but especially for the excellent customer support!
I have been using them and found good till recently they stopped supporting direct import of reviews from Amazon.in. They are asking us to export and import reviews and for that they are asking separate package to import. Its very very disappointing.
Now, I am finding way to switch to other.

About amazon.in: we had to disable direct imports after receiving an official notice from amazon.in requiring apps to stop importing reviews. This policy has been effective since September 2025. Imports from amazon.com and other marketplaces still work normally.
