I have had this app installed in my store since 2021 with minimal issues. I recently updated my store theme and ran into some issues with embedding the app into my new theme. I received help from Shruti with this. She was really great and resolved the issues within a matter of minutes. 5 star service from Shruti, Thank you very much!
One thing I do wish is that the app had a tool for sending more than one review request email. Like a follow-up review request tool as I think that would be effect in helping to get more reviews.

I already have the Review App on my product line (chocolates) and wanted to have it on my homepage aswell and asked support if they could do this and within a few hours it has been done perfect just what I wanted.

I updated my theme (Loft) and for the life of me I could not work out where my reviews had gone, I finally gave and ask support for help and Mirza came to my rescue and fixed my issues gave me some notes and a video and he also enabled all my other Hulk Apps for me I can’t thank him enough.
