After some issues with the styling of the pop-up, the Bold support team customized everything for us promptly. Some bold apps take a while to set up with custom code, but the support is excellent. Bold have done a great job at making sure all of our apps work together with no issues. Great phone support. Gursharandeep was amazing at walking me through everything and making any customisations I asked for. I then contacted Bold again because the customisation didn't precisely match my store. Eric and Guri altered something which I was previously told wasn't possible to edit. They made it look AMAZING. What's more, Eric did all of this right away on a Sunday! I highly recommend Bold as their customer support is phenomenal. Five stars

We've been using Product Upsell (as well as Product Discount) on our jewellery supplies website for several months now, and love the extra functionality that these two apps have added to our site, including buy 2 get one free offers, selling related products, and gifts with purchase.

While Product Upsell didn't work with our theme straight away, we found the Shappify team very quick to respond to our emails and very helpful in getting everything operating smoothly before our website launch.

We'd definitely recommend both this app and the Shappify team!

This is a very great app. Increased my profits and sales in the first order that it was in effect. It was also very easy to follow the installation instructions. It would have taken me hours to do this myself and I had it done in minutes. I very highly recommend this app!

I have been using the app for only a week and have had 9 products bought with this program. To say I am shocked, is an understatement. I am kicking myself for not adding this sooner. It is very easy to use and look great with my theme.

My concern was how easy it was to install and work with as I have a concussion and I need this to be very easy to understand.
The help I received was exceptional! The Bold team went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Their help was immediate! And the good news is... using this app is simple!!! (And that’s coming from a person with comprehension issues!)

I rarely leave reviews - being busy like we all are - but I have to say that the level of personal support in real time was excellent. I had an issue that needed resolving. The guys had a go. Couldn't fix it, so had another go - explained the issue and now its fixed! Apple / Google / Microsoft etc - Learn from this!

Great customer support from shappify and a good app that works well securing additional sales. My only gripe is to shopify - why don't we get this functionality all-in? Pity because other solutions offer that for the same money. No doubt the market will sort it out.
