Easy to install and use! Great interface with our website theme, would recommend this app for small business owners looking to increase average order size.
As always I chose bold apps as my preferred choice of functionality. Outstanding features in combination with exellent support. - this is my third app with bold.
This app is great. The support team is very helpful with any issues and questions. The app works as expected but if you want to really get the best results on your up-sells/cross-sells, you will want to integrate Bold Discount.

I had installed another upsell app; although I had no complaints, I decided to return to BOLD Upsell because of the nature of my ecom store - I have a lot of products that will only grow with time, so I LOVE Bold Insights that gives suggestions on upsells based on my customer behaviours and thus saves me time. I also love the ease of setup and the ability to offer more than one upsell option as I find my customers love to mix and match to their style. Furthermore, when I had an issue, the customer service was fantastic, communication timely and my issue resolved.

Great app. The support is awesome. Responded in a timely manner when I needed their support in the installation of the app on my theme.
The app was simple to use and works just as it promised. Perfect for a non-geek like me :-)
Took me a little while to get it figured out, but the email support has been great in fixing any confusion I had and the app is definitely great for my shop!
