Issues:
- Expensive ($708/year).
- Adds 33kB of Javascript to your site, as much as the entire jQuery library.
- DOESN'T WORK WITH AJAX carts if you want it to be triggered on checkout, it only works on "add to cart".
- bad documentation!
Cons:
- easy to install and setup
- works great if you don't use ajax carts
- nice reports

This app is great! We paid for 2 months of use within the first few days with a super simple upsell that only took ~10 minutes to set up. It's a no-brainer if you have a store that sells some complimentary items (which you should! :) )
These people are amazing. They sorted my stuff out with such thoroughness and always checking in with me, it was the most responsive support i have ever seen. honestly, great stuff guys. thank you very much!

Price is too high. And I wish the upsale would work at checkout. Now that shopify has updated to their one step checkout. We have lost that feature (unless there is something we are missing)
Also would like to have more control over the design. Its very limited.

The customer service is amazing. We hope that they revise their plans because they are a little bit expensive
