    I do not accept BOLD Upsell’s offer of a 5-month refund and then a 5-month free trial. I need 15 months of refund in full for the reason that we have not used the app at all and that BOLD has nothing to maintain in the app for our account. I will change my review rating once you've refunded me in FULL already. I have just seen it on my billing statement on Shopify that I am paying 15 months of monthly subscription on Bold Upsell since 2021. I am not using the app at all and might have installed it without knowing that I am paying the subscription without using it. Now, there's been a lot of conversation and Bold Upsell is not willing to refund me in full. They said the plan is for their "maintenance cost". Re: by having the app installed there will always be API, servers and monthly costs that they are covering... which is ridiculous because they have literally "nothing" to maintain on my end because I am not using the app at all.
