We have custom products or products that require special shipping and this app really helps us prevent customers adding those to the cart without customizing or contacting us for shipment details first - without making descriptions wordy, since it's in a convenient pop-up! Had trouble with pop-ups not showing for a bit and support team solved the issue very quickly. 5 stars!
