Maybe it's just me, but I installed this app and it drastically dropped my speed score for my online store. I started my store a year ago and had been consistently fluctuating between 56 - 60 speed score. Once I installed this app, the first day I dropped to a 50. The second day I was at a 45. I only found out because when I had loaded into my store on a webpage, it was noticeably much slower to load pages. It has been 5 days and I am currently sitting at a 36 speed score.... There were no other actions done on my store except installing this app during this time frame.
The customer service was actually very responsive but the app did not seem to work consistently with the warning pop ups. Sometimes it would pop up after adding to cart and sometimes it would pop up after I clicked checkout. Also, if you add to cart with the fast add and click checkout in the pop up tab then the warning would not even show up. I also tested the geolocation with a vpn service and the app did not seem to recognize this.
All in all, this app works if you simply just need something to pop up but in my experience if you are trying to be more precise with the pop ups, I had experienced many glitches.
I installed this app because there were tons of 5 star ratings but I did not have this same experience. I would have given a 2 star rating if the customer service was not as responsive.

This app is great. It functions very well, especially when you select the warnings at a product / variant level. I love how you can customize the pop up to have it match the look and feel of your store. I was having issues with this plug-in working with Gempages and Slide Cart, reached out to their support and they responded quickly and had corrected the issues within 24 hours. Great plug-in, great support. Can't ask for much more than that.

I've only had the popup app for about a week as a trial, however I wanted to edit the styling a little more than I personally had the ability to do. I emailed the team and within 24 hours they had already edited the popup to match my styling. Great customer service. Thanks team!

App stopped working, changed it to a Paid unlimited plan, was charged and it STILL would not work. I used this app for years with no issue and then all of a sudden, it is not working and no one has responded to my messages

I have a made-to-measure store and even though we have banners on every page of our store website that advises we guarantee delivery of our made-to-measure suits/tuxedos 60 days from the date of order I had MANY MANY customers who expected a made-to-measure suit to be delivered in two weeks and I would refund the customer purchase. NOW... we have the product warning that pops up before a customer places an item in the cart, and they have to click ok before going forward. It is a lot easier to hold customers to the 60 day guarantee when I know they had to have read and click ok in understanding orders can take up to 60 days. This is probably the best app we have used in all of our shopify apps.

It is a simple app that does what it is supposed to. It displays a simple and quick warning popup. Truly recommend!

I installed this app to bring up an alert to say—for items out of stock—that they're on backorder and to expect delayed deliveries. The customer support was excellent and when I needed a bit of custom work done for this warning to accommodate my specific site, the team was quick to help. Quality company. Quality folks!

So far so good, easy and straightforward to set up. Warnings can appear in multiple places which is handy. I haven't yet had a chance to test all the options.

I run my business by myself and will be out of town during the holidays. I used this app to create a warning for customers who will make purchases during those dates, to let them know the order would not be processed until I return. I like that it was very easy to set up. I also like that you have the option to allow for purchases or block them.

This app is awesome. A must-have if you carry a product that you need to educate your customer before making a final purchase decision. The support team is also very helpful. When I had an installation and configuration issue, a test config was made for me, and all I have to do is copy and edit that test configuration to suit my need.

I would like to appreciate the Elastic Soft team for helping me solve the problem.

I experienced the problem related to size of my product. Some customers choose the wrong size/variant and proceed to checkout causing high return rate. I installed the app and it worked perfectly fine but it showed warning during the "checkout" action not "add to cart". I contacted the Elastic Soft team and they solved the problem in a few hours. Now it works perfectly fine and this is exactly what I need. Now customers are aware about the size/variant they are adding to the cart.

Very user friendly. It allows me to install a pop-up, such as agree to Terms and Conditions, to my cart before check-out. It gives you options on which products and how many times you want to show the pop-up. Free options are enough for my needs right now. Free version also gives you enough options to test out the app and decide from there whether you want to buy a subscription. 10/10 great app!

Very good app! I use it to display a warning message when specific products are added to the shopping cart. I needed to change the text language of the buttons, which are not customizable through the app, but I messaged the support and they quickly fixed it for me.

Got the app, it was working great for about 10 minutes. Now it does not work at all.. Maybe the additional cart attribute I added was affecting it, I tried removing it and even tried reinstalling the app. Tinkered around with all the settings and still can't get it going again... It was great when it lasted!

This app is a lifesaver for us. Being able to create collections and have friendly pop-ups automatically let our customers know about special timelines or packaging or return policies has made them happier and cut down on our admin time. Spending a few dollars on this app saves us loads of money in other ways. When there are issues we can see proof that a customer clicked on the pop-up. And, brilliantly, that same confirmation note appears in their cart. Smart functionality there.

Elastic Soft apps are just what I needed and they have FREE plans which is great for when you are just starting out. They are user friendly and do not require to to be a programmer. They give you and your online business room to grow which so many other app developers just do not do. They are great with tech support. I had an issue I just could not figure out and emailed them and BAM! I woke up and it was fixed for me with a detailed email of what I was doing wrong so I could be self sufficient. Just as good as that first cup of coffee in the morning.
