Shopify never used to provide a cost price for a product sold. This App was the result. Over time it became the only reliable way to generate reports on the cost of goods sold. It also allows the merchant complete control over past, present, and future values of the cost price of any SKU. With this App, doing accounting reports not possible in Shopify becomes available to the merchant. Most reports are available as easy-to-use CSV files for compatibility with all accounting packages.

The app takes forever to open, constant error messages
Thanks for the information. I just tested it, and it was almost instant, and the details logs show no errors recently. Appreciate the fact you tried the App, but instead of using a review to question it, why not just email and ask for help. I will be happy to inject my experience with computing to help you.
