Does not accurately attribute sales. VASTLY inflates the sales in claims. For example I have an offer if you buy 3X of a specific product (not a mix and match) and if someone buys 1 of that product and 2 other things, not qualifying for the discount, not getting the discount, Koala count it as a sale for them.

Excellent app and outstanding support!
We've tested several gift and upsell apps, and Koala has been the easiest to set up while offering exactly the flexibility we needed. The app works smoothly, the interface is intuitive, and the gift rules are very easy to configure.
What impressed us the most was the support team. They responded quickly, understood our requirements, and helped us customize the setup to match our store perfectly.
Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking to increase AOV with free gifts and upsells!
Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review. This truly means a lot to us! 💚
I've tried a lot of bundling apps for Shopify. This is the first I've stuck with. There are a lot of options and it makes setup really easy.
Thank you for sticking with us! We truly appreciate it 🌟
I’ve been using Koala Bundles for my shop and it’s great, but the customer support is next level. I had an issue with my product variants not syncing with the app, so I reached out and Max helped me out. He was awesome! Not only did he fix the sync problem super fast, but he also tweaked the design so the bundles look absolutely perfect on my page. Super fast and helpful support, thanks a lot Max!
We're so happy we could help! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It means a lot to know you had a great experience with us. 🙌
A very useful app. It has increased our sales by more than 30%.
We're delighted that Koala has helped boost your sales. Thanks for your trust and support. 💚
It's good and easy to setup. Had it running in just a few minutes without needing to touch any code.
Great app, being using it a lot. Both the tier quantity and upsell features are great and easy to work on. Customer service is fast and kind.
Thanks for the lovely feedback! We're glad you're enjoying Koala and had a great experience with our support team! 🌟💚
