I’ve been using this app for a while and I’m really impressed with how smooth and reliable it is. Everything works exactly as expected, and it has helped us optimize our store operations.

I would dearly love to give this company a 5 star as they have been good to us and we benefitted from using the app.

The reason for the 3 star is that it took me well over 2 hours over several occasions to try and resolve an issue that was eventually fixed.

It should not take this long to EXPLAIN a problem.

Anyway I hope to give it a 5 start next time.

I really wanted to continue using this app, but the pricing structure is unreasonable compared to other options on the market. The cost keeps increasing as your order volume grows, which means you end up paying more and more just to use the same features.

For context, I was already paying $20/month, and then got a warning that my plan would be paused unless I upgraded to $60/month — even though I only use one feature of the app. To me, that’s excessive, especially when I’ve now found another app that offers the exact same features for just $8/month.

I even reached out to customer support to ask if I could remain on my current plan, but never received a response. The lack of flexibility and customer care, combined with the steep pricing, makes it hard to recommend this app.

Especially as a small business owner, I know how difficult it is to find the right tools to help grow. Apps like this end up breaking your bank before you even get the chance to grow, and the pricing feels like an excessive burden.

Unless they reconsider their pricing model, I would suggest looking into alternatives that offer the same functionality at a fraction of the cost.
