easy to use product, and awesome customer service!
i am brand new to this app (and ecommerce in general), and
i found the app to be highly intuitive and easy to set up and use...
then on the weekend when i was running a sale, the app stopped working... and i couldn't figure out why (i was tinkering with the settings...)
so i emailed them, and even though it was a weekend and technically not their working hours (they work Japan time), i got a reply within an hour of my email to them...
this type of customer service is just amazing, and i rate them 5 stars for being the real deal!

I've tried countless popup
apps, but this one takes the cake. Intuitive, customizable, and powerful targeting options.
Great app, great support. There are a lot of settings and I was a little confused at first getting exit-intent running but Anthony walked me through it really kindly.
We just moved from Privy so I could have a bit more flexibility to match our brand. Highly recommended.
Worth moving to. It’s so much lighter than everything else on the store and the SEO impact has been zero.
