The app is brill, worth every penny, but one think is even better: the absolutely amazing customer service. Nick was extremely helpful when I needed help, he did everything to give me a solution to my complex problems. Thanks for that again!
This app is great for any business that personalises products with customer image uploads. Super easy to use and is also FREE. The team are also super helpful should you need anything and respond quickly. What is nice about the app is that it presents a more professional approach rather than just an email from your store.
Proofer has quickly become an indispensable part of our daily workflow. What would otherwise take multiple windows, accounts and apps can now be completed with just a few clicks. The customization is great and key to maintaining your brand image. When we did have some minor things that needed changing beyond our control, they have been on top of taking care of those issues quickly and professionally. Highly Recommend!
We use this app to organize and automate the workflow for sending digital proofs and receiving feedback / approval from our customers. It was super easy to get started and deliver a professional experience to our customers compared to just back and forth emails. The developer was very responsive and fixed a minor bug within minutes of us reporting it. Great customer service! I would highly recommend trying Proofer.

The app is exactly what I needed for my business. After finding the need for a bulk upload feature, the developer implemented this function within one day. The customer service is amazing!
Amazing customer support! Only a small percentage of my total store orders require sending proofs. I used the customer support chat box to message support about only paying for a plan based on how many proofs I send out - not how many total orders my store gets. Within seconds Nick (customer support rep) began working on creating filters to only send certain orders into the dashboard, and changing my plan so that it only counts these specific orders (not my total store orders). 10/10 would recommend if you are doing any type of custom orders & designs for your customers. Did I mention it is VERY EASY to use and is a much better user experience for your customers?? It also brings customers to your site to review their mock-ups. Stop emailing customers your proofs and manage the process through this app.
