Every query I had was addressed promptly and effectively, reflecting their commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, their support was instrumental in resolving issues related to integrating past reviews and formatting errors into the Google Merchant Center, ensuring a smooth transition and continued operational excellence.

I had hope for this app when my last review app which I've used for years started getting glitchy. I can live with errors and getting help here and there, but during the 15-day trial, the entire dashboard and all my reviews disappeared and was replaced by an odd Proviews Q&A that looked like a backend interface. Their support did request for access to fix the problem at the end of the day but after 15 days, this will become a paid monthly app and for an error this big, it was hard to be confident in committing to this app for years to come. I don't really want to keep checking on an app to see if its working fine.

The issue that you faced with the dashboard and the reviews occurred as we were updating an app. We chose bad timing for making the changes and we apologize for that. It was resolved within a few minutes and did not affect the app's functionality or performance. Also, we assure you that going forward all our merchants will be notified in advance of any such scheduled maintenance or updates.

We have also requested access to your store to check and resolve the problem, but we noticed that you had uninstalled the app. We are sorry to lose you and hope you can give us another chance to serve you.

As a gesture of goodwill, we can offer you a dedicated manager to monitor your store. We can extend your free trial if you're planning to come back. This way, you can test our app thoroughly and make an informed decision.

Please also note that our app keeps any store’s configuration and reviews for 30 days after uninstallation. So anyone can easily reinstall and use our app again.
