Proviews ‑ Product Reviews Q&A

It is very easy to use. I am also one of the users. I have not encountered any problems. Even if there are problems, the customer service will solve them quickly.

We just went live with Proviews a few days ago, so we are very new to the platform. Set up was very well supported, and the technical support has been excellent. We receive rapid responses and resolutions to issues and questions.

This app was used to replace another review app as my store wasn't getting a lot of product reviews. Product reviews have improved since the app was installed. Great support too. I'll recommend it.

I only average one order per day on my store.I have been using this app for 2 weeks (I subscribed to basic pay plan after one week free). I have 6 reviews so far and one q & a. Love this, super easy to use. Installers were fast and ONLY required access. Installer did not need to ask me any questions. I got an email when they finished. I highly recommend this app. I am looking into their other apps as well.

We switched from another Shopify review app as we wanted to allow customers to be able to leave a photo if they wished . This was a very cost effective swap. But more importantly "Simprosys" have also written other apps for Google Merchant centre product feeds for multiple countries and also Google Product reviews. Very easy to install! The customer service is the best I have witnessed on Shopify . Fast communication and excellent support from Meet although I had no real issues uploading 10,000+ skus. Highly recommended.

You aren't going to find a more complete product review app than this. In addition, the developer is fast to respond to issues and implement changes to deploy this in your store. You need this over any other review app. Publish reviews, unpublish reviews you do not want, or erroneous reviews left. I have an automation that automatically emails my customer 1 day after delivery receiving their order, requesting a review. I customized the email to offer 250 reward points for 5 star reviews left. This is completely automated. MY reviews have gone up 1000%. Quality reviews from verified customers, and increases return rate with reward points offered. You get so much for the money with this app, and I highly recommend to other store owners. Download the trial and give it a test in your store!

The support team is very helpful and responsive. It will be much better if it can trigger the shopify flow. Hope you guys will work on that!

Absolutely the best app for reviews, got all the functions I needed reviews, rich snippets, Q&As, feed for google shopping, out standing support thank you for being very patient with me and my too many requests all were addressed and answered professionally I won't regret switching from stamped because it is over priced and very poor support. Highly recommended

Honestly the app looks really amazing and the monthly fees are cheaper compared to other apps i'm really satisfied and the support is available all the time and they try their best to solve problem and make you happy , honestly I really recommend it more than the popular LOOX app
