I am not very good at technology and reading all of the instructions is like "greek" to me. Martin was so kind and patient. He chatted with me and sent me videos while walking me through all of my questions. It seemed so simple when he showed me. I cannot praise him enough for his kindness. I recommend this app if you have multiple vendors in your store. I could not find another app for Shopify that offered everything that I needed. Their customer service is stellar and second to none.

Perfect application for calculating commissions for each seller. The strong point is certainly the customer service which within a few hours, if not a few minutes, always manages to help us and find a solution to everything! Highly recommend!

A very attentive and very high level team. They are very applied in their work. I asked them to integrate an option to be able to publish the products of the other sellers in different sales channels, and they knew how to respond by programming the option in a short period of time. Its application works excellent. I recommend it 100%

This app has been super useful for us, it has pretty much everything we need for our sellers to track their sales and receive sale notifications and other features plus we've had great support from Kriang who has answered all of our questions. A very unusual app and probably the only one able to easily perform a follow-up of the sales and commission to pay. We sell painting online and pay commissions to artists. We were looking for a way to reduce the workload at the end of the month to calculate commission for our artists. No more excel, and multiple back and forth with our 20+ artists. Also, less questions from them as they can connect to their portal and see where they stand in term of sales in Realtime. We are not using the Paypal feature as our artists prefer to be paid by bank transfer however it is a very good feature. The dev is also listening a lot the feedbacks and constantly improve the app. Price is OK, we added the option to remove the brand and some others to match our exact needs (like having the ability to hide info on our artists portal). At the end we pay $40/month which is close to the maximum we were ready to pay to have such a feature that will help us to save time and improve communication with our artists. Great app, great thinking behind.

I picked PuppetVendors for its features and its value. just today the owner spent 45 minutes walking me through all the new features. Having such a personal touch of live interaction with the app developer is just the icing on an already good tasting cake. Very responsive to my needs and took my "wish list" to heart and I truly think a great app will be getting even better quickly and for that I could not be happier.
