Do not rate the app, used 3 times now for 3 new collections and every time I have issues. The chat button doesnt ever work either. I can never release the goods so I take payments to late.. I have to do it on the shopify end and not the app end, which your not meant to do but never works or loads otherwise. Dont recommend I wont be using again

This app has been very easy to install and operate on our own. When we do run into issues (like the app working with other apps) the customer service is fast, efficient and personal, and I can always get them on a call or via email almost immediately. That alone makes this app worth it as many of these add ons have little to no service. Highly recommend!

We've tried other pre-order apps, but this is by far the best! Customers like that they aren't charged right away, and the communication to customers is super clear and well done. We believe this will resolve a lot of our customer service issues we've had with pre-orders in the past. The team is very responsive and helpful with questions we've had. Thank you!
