I’ve been using Puco Sections to expand my Shopify theme across two sites, and it’s been a great addition. The variety of sections makes it easy to customise my store without custom coding for sections that fall outside of the basics within the theme. I recently had an issue with font sizing on a section, and their support team was quick to respond and assist with a fix. The app is intuitive, well-designed, and backed by helpful support. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add more flexibility to their Shopify theme!
Amazing sections are included that I have been trying to code myself for months, and Puco has them all! Whenever I am not sure what to do, there is an amazing chat available, and the responsiveness is legit insane!!! Even at 2 AM, my questions are responded to in under a minute, and I have never felt this kind of support, care, and helpfulness with designing a site or help with any webpage or service. Thank you so much Puco! You are amazing and making my job creating the website so much easier and seamless and hassle-free on your end! Thank you so so much!!!
Super easy way to customize my Shopify store! As a solo business owner running a hair care store, I needed a simple yet powerful tool to design my store without coding. Pusher Sections Builder made it effortless to add and customize sections exactly how I wanted.
This is the best section building app I have tried. I wish I found it earlier! The library of available sections is plentiful and they are easy to install and configure. On top of that, the customer service is excellent. I have been responded to every time I made contact for help. Overall, this is pretty much all you need to easily build your website.
Wow such a great app! And Rio the app creator goes above and beyond to help and then to suggest a even better section to the one I was using and I didnt even think to use. I highly recommend this app to make your website even greater! Thank you Rio.

I accidentally bought a wrong section. Rio promised to refund me (this one yet to happen).
Another section was missing 1 feature and Rio went ahead and customized it for me.

Uninstalled yet they still charge me

I just received a notification about your 1-star review. Shopify kept it for 24 hours since you submitted the review, then forwarded it to me. Please give me 1 minute to come up with a solution and explain this in more detail.
Like 10,000 other apps at Shopify, the monthly payment management system is 100% provided by Shopify. They will schedule every 30 days, create bills... this principle is applied to all millions of Shopify stores. And is not managed by Puco.
I checked and found that you uninstalled on January 11, 2025. However, Shopify has billed you monthly from January 1, 2025 to January 31, 2025. Therefore, even though you uninstalled, but you used the app until the 11th of the month, you will still have to pay this monthly bill. Whether you only used it for 1 day, or used it for all 31 days, you will still have to pay the monthly bill. This is Shopify's principle, applied to all 10,000 apps and millions of stores.
Although it is impossible to change this billing principle of Shopify, on Puco's side, I "TOTALLY CAN REFUND" you. Because the money will be transferred to me by Shopify later. Every month, I get dozens of cases similar to yours, and as you can see from the hundreds of reviews, there are no customers with similar cases. Because I will try to discuss the details with them. If the reason is reasonable, I am willing to refund 100%.
In your case, I understand that you uninstalled. I have refunded 100% of the amount you paid for the last month. This amount will be transferred back to Shopify, and transferred to you by SHOpify in the next few hours or days.
Your 1-star review makes me very sad because this is the first 1-star review I have received in the past 4 years. I have checked my support inbox carefully but have not received any messages from you before about this issue.
