We're still in the early stages of working with this app on our store. However, we're extremely pleased with the functionality that we have used to date and seen a positive impact on our store. I would highly recommend this app for your store, whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned professional. Customer service is exceptional. Shout out to Rojen who's a 'Rock Star'.

Despite the time difference and the volume of work requested to Shreesha, there was no problems at all to be polite and fulfill all my request and even when out of his way to give me advice and options on what will be the best process to improve my needs. Thank you for all the hard work and the friendly customer service!

7 out of 10 times, when I try to use this app from Shopify Admin page, it says the page is temporarily down..

I like the app, but what's the use if I can't use it when I need it.

Recommend - they are one of the best, if not the best apps for Web Push alerts. Their customer support is incredible and always here to help out with any questions or issues. Happy to work with them!

I love what this app is about and what it does. I want to give a shout out to Rojen who was so helpful in explaining the process and walking through it with me while i was online. He was very patient and friendly and made sure I understood how it works. He was the first customer service person I have talked to recently that was so kind and helpful.

First I will like thank rojen specially for helping through the process and understanding how your service works as I just joined Shopify and looking to use your email service, he was so kind and took his time to even share me suggestions and links for me to look through while he was still online rendering service and guiding me through.
I must say he’s very patient, the kindest customer service person I’ve come across, he’s understanding, he knows his job and I just want to say keep up the good work rojen and I would have dropped this review since but I had issues with payment and the app won’t let me drop a review thank you once again rojen.
Also I forgot to mention he upgraded my plan to a new one.

Rojen is the one who supported us on setting up the optin and push message. Great support and quick response just like a whatsapp chat. Thanks a lot for a quick guide to setup. His suggestions in our automations is more helpful.

Had a nice chat with the famous Rojen to help me set up PushOwl and get the most out of it. It feels like the team really cares about helping stores grow, and they have a hands-on approach to make that happen. I'm looking forward to use the service (mainly for back-in-stock notifications, but I'll also experiment with regular campaigns).

I feel like push notifications will be a nice way to send visitors messages after their visit, so that the money I spent to get that traffic in the first place isn't wasted.

We went through a very seamless process with PushOwl - demo with Anand and straight into onboarding with Rojen. Everything was well explained and easy to understand. To top it off, the team gave us access to a free upgrade which helps us so much as a new business that's about to launch. We can't wait to see things take off with our business with the help of PushOwl!

Outstanding support!

Just finished chatting with Rojen. We installed PushOwl only six days ago and already we have 78 subscribers! :-)

We had some questions regarding PushOwl's automated cart abandonment recover and, best of all, PushOwl's automated browse abandonment recovery feature.

Rojen was so helpful and polite. He answered all of our questions. He was very thorough in explaining how the automations work and what to expect.

It is quite apparent that Rojen and Nayan are fully invested in the success of PushOwls customers like Tippytoad!

So far, I thinks we've picked a real winner with PushOwl and expect to see great results down the road, especially with Rojen and Nayan to help us!

We will be back to review PushOwl and their awesome support staff as we give their system some time to grow our subscribers.
