I'm new with PushOwl but I will say I feel confident in the product advertising will more than serve my business needs.
First I will like thank rojen specially for helping through the process and understanding how your service works as I just joined Shopify and looking to use your email service, he was so kind and took his time to even share me suggestions and links for me to look through while he was still online rendering service and guiding me through.
I must say he’s very patient, the kindest customer service person I’ve come across, he’s understanding, he knows his job and I just want to say keep up the good work rojen and I would have dropped this review since but I had issues with payment and the app won’t let me drop a review thank you once again rojen.
Also I forgot to mention he upgraded my plan to a new one.

Not sure if anyone will read this out of 3000 reviews... But GREAT tool and no idea why Shopify doesn't have it built in.
Lots of design options and has helped me collect customer info for upsells and other marketing channels.
Really quick to assist but also have great knowledge about their product and its effectiveness. They know exactly what to do to help you get better conversions, and they have data to back it up. Def give it a try!

New to the app. Customer service is the best I have ever had from any app out there. Rojen was exceptionally welcoming and very helpful to get me set up correctly. I am very excited to see how this app will integrate with my Shopify Online store to help me gain email subscribers and by keeping those subscribers consistently updated and informed with whats happening with my store. MUST HAVE APP FOR ANY ONLINE SHOPIFY STORE.

my experience with push owl has been greatt, first and foremost, the customer support (Rojen) is very kind and always ready to help. He helps me to understand things very easily as a beginner and reply immediate if i have any doubt. its reassuring that i can rely on your site and its team for any queries or concerns. I also appreciate the fast loading website and user-friendly interface. overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with web owl. keep up the fantastic work!!
Rojen is the one who supported us on setting up the optin and push message. Great support and quick response just like a whatsapp chat. Thanks a lot for a quick guide to setup. His suggestions in our automations is more helpful.
