Thank you sooo much for Rameez's help, and his considerate explanation. We're a new startup on Shopify, and I didn't know much about PushOwl and did not know how to use it to call back our potential customers, he told me how it works and how to set up it step by step, very considerate and professional, he also helped me set up the setting even I just used it with free versions. Great customer service and a big help! and it is also very easy to reach out and ask for help. great team and great app, I appreciate it!

6/1/2021 - This is an updated review and I can't say enough good things about the support we receive with PushOwl, especially recently with Lucio. It is very easy to install. Also, whenever we have had a question or issue, the PushOwl team has responded very promptly and completely. We are particularly impressed with the fact that the app works seamlessly with Shopify. Five Stars for ease of installation, user interface, integration with Shopify and especially their customer service.

The app is easy to use. I haven't received any conversions as of yet, but I probably haven't optimized it as well. It's something I plan to work on. The support is really great - even checked in on me to see if they could help. Very responsive. So far - 5 Stars.
