QuickBooks Online Global

I had an issue with my shopify order number being a duplicate order number in QBO I first talked to Paul before I got disconnected. When I came back on I was talking to Troy. Both were very helpful and patient with me. Between them both I hope we got the issue resolved so it doesn't happen again. I wont know for sure until another order is placed online.

I got a problem with sync, actually it was my fault, but the chat support was really good .Thank you Dean for your time and fast support.
