Usually, I do not write reviews (positive or negative), but as one of the customers using QuickBooks and Shopify connector, having Sync issues with error messages, I decided to leave one to share my experience. I was so lucky to connect with SHERWIN. Very nice, polite problem solver :). Nowadays, we do not experience good customer service, but Sherwin helped me to resolve my sync problems in a matter of minutes from start to finish. Thank you, Sherwin. This app is great to sync data from Shopify to Quickbooks for free!! Before we came across this app we were using a restricted app, I am glad we came across this. I had a query and Rafael was really helpful in resolving that. Thanks Rafael.

I installed this on my Shopify app last year but haven't had a chance to set it up until recently. I'm clueless about any Accounting apps so i wasn't sure what I was doing. David from Customer Support was very helpful and patient and my integration issues were resolved in no time.

I have only used this app for a month so far but it works well and I like the customer service. Worked with Clarisse to solve a problem (due to my misunderstanding!) and it was fast and very helpful.

I have just signed up with OneSaas to integrate Xero and Shopify. I loved the easy workflow already created and the app works perfectly for what I need. The customer service, especially Troy, has been outstanding and would have no hesitate in recommending this app.

Sherwin was great. Chatgpt led me to believe that shopify, shopify POS, stocky and QBO will be enough to control inventories across various locations. unfortunately, it works well for single shop/warehouse inventory. Sherwin made it clear of the limitations. it saved me a lot of time to experiment and test.
