Ben helped me resolve syncing issues with my account and made sure that they would not continue happening.
The apps does have some functionality issues for me but the support is amazing. I worked with Ben who seamlessly helped to fix my issues and get me sorted. He was efficient and thorough

The live chat feature is helpful. ROM was able to take over and sync all my products for me which was helpful for someone that has no idea what they are doing when it comes to the bookkeeping side of the business.
Karol was great at understanding my issue and helping me through the process. We didn't get it 100% resolved - as it has to be escalated within their developer team, but at least we have a plan of action and know exactly what needs to be done. looking forward to the final help
I found it a bit awkward to set up but Clarrise was so helpful and guided me through the problems I was having! Hardly any wait time and helped straight away!
THank you to Vincent! I contacted customer support with the hope that someone would take the time to walk me through my workflow. I had some issues that were causing my QBO to report double my revenue (!!). Turns out I needed to edit my workflow - and Vincent was patient and helped me fine-tune things so that problem would be resolved. He answered many questions I had about other things involving my business and then emailed me the transcript of our chat so I can pass it along to my bookkeeper if she has any questions about why we did what we did! Perfect! Love having the quick and caring support.
Thank you Rominick for your great advice and guidance. Also thanks for the helpful articles. My book keeper wishes we could account for fees and also have the funds deposited to "undepostited funds" at the same time, so that is extra work that I hope one day will be optimized.
