I asked questions about quick books and Ronnie was very helpful, I was a little confused and Ronnie cleared everything up for me! Thanks again Ronnie!!

Paul was amazing!!, What a help in connecting my QBO and Shopify account. My report had 7 different issues that needed to be corrected and Paul helped with them all and quickly. Also had tones of patients with me and encouraging words that I really appreciated.

I wanted to write a review of the customer service I just received from Troy. In a word, it was EXCELLENT!! I had way more questions than any of the articles you send out could answer, and so Troy created a screen-share, and I was able to ask specific questions and understand how OneSaas conveys information from Shopify to QBO.

It makes sense now, and I feel I can support the owner of Federal and Black, as I am her Accountant. It also means that I can support other Shopify business owners and will definitely suggest they use OneSaas to convey information rather than the other applications.

Troy impressed me with how much he knew, and it was easy to work with him. If OneSaas could build up a team of customer service reps like him that you could actively call into (if that is affordable), it could help OneSaas grow.

Again, I am thankful and appreciative for all Troy helped me with, and guided me through, and I look forward to being able to keep great records with my client.

This is a great free app and they have great customer service. Rominick was able to solve an issue we had. Then we had another problem and Nick was very helpful. This app has real people who can give you chat support immediately.

Ronnie was great at troubleshooting my set-up and got it done very quickly. Just be weary of QBO not letting you export transaction fees from Shopify if you're on the Simple Start tier.

Ben helped to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional. Very quick to get through to him on the chat function.
