qikify Checkout Customizer

Fantastic application. Does exactly what its meant to do and is less clunky than Shopify's checkout blocks. Also has conditional logic on forms in checkout which is so handy. I had a small issue/bug and Flynn from customer support came to the rescue and resolved the issue very quickly. Flynn also gave me a solution to add hyperlinks in the text blocks which was super handy.

I’ve been using it for a while now, its functional and can support various sections at the checkout page. The customer support team is also excellent—very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. I've recommended my colleagues responsible for other stores to use it.

The app is incredibly hard to navigate. Even after spending hours trying to set it up, I still can’t get it to work properly. The interface is clunky and outdated, and I can't customize it the way I want. Terrible user experience.
