Support is slow to response, always have to wait till the next business day to get a reply.

Our team is based in a different time zone, which sometimes causes a delay in replying, especially outside of our working hours. Still, we’re actively working on improving our coverage and hope to offer 24/7 support in the near future.

It seems easy to use, but unfortunately support was very slow to respond for someone in EST timezone since they work 2am-10am. I wanted to upsell a product that was available via the buy button in shopify, but Qikify was not compatible with that. I also wanted to be able to customize the text in the buttons, but there was limited customization available.
App is faulty. Does not show the discounted price of the product on the cart page. And calculates wrong pricing on the checkout. Needs work.
