OC Quantity Breaks Order Limit

I just wanted to drop a quick note to express my satisfaction with your order limitation plugin. It's been a game-changer for my store! Installation was a breeze, and the interface is super user-friendly. Being able to set order limits has made managing my inventory a breeze. Thanks for a fantastic tool!

Top Service, the App works fine.

I use this app to specifically promote a discount for a quantity buy for a specific item. For example, buy 1 item and pay $5.00 each or buy the box of 50 and pay $3.00 each. A nice way to upsell. Anyway the list of options and variables Orichi - Qty Breaks provide are huge. I can't imagine even using them all. The app seemed a little daunting when i first started out but the fog lifted and i got it working exactly as i hoped. Best of all though was the service. The two times I requested support, I used the chat feature within the shopify Orichi app and i was helped both times in minutes. Outstanding! 5 stars from me.

The support from Alvin was very impressive who scheduled a call to investigate an issue that ended up being caused by a different app. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. The app itself is great and very easy to configure rules. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this app.

I like the free version of the app, but I noticed that the out-of-stock product customers are able to click the button and go to the checkout page. I know that they would not be able to buy the products but it affects the statistics and analytics of the store. Customer service is hard to reach as well. I have been sending messages and emails with no response. Review update:
The app is very good and the customer service was able to help my issues. However, there are only two negatives so far I find with this app. First, the buy now option has to be gone in order to make the order limit work. The second issue is the store speed, I noticed a slightly slower than before.

an update post on 31, October, 2023:

few customers was able to bypass the limit and purchase higher than the restricted items. I sent few emails and they just close my request without fixing the problem. This is not the first time, few times happened before and they claim that they fixed the problem but clearly not.

Despite the past issues, I still use the app and Alvin is amazing customer support helped me to keep the app up to date with theme update.

Very very good app indeed: delivers what it promise, reasonable price, super fast and effective support.
