I use this for holiday announcements and it works exactly as I need it to. Perfect.
Quite a lot of good options with the free plan. Hextom has some great apps in their app family to work with.
Hextom QAB has been working great for us. Simple and easy to use, we love it.

Simple to use and easy to action. Once you have set up your desired look, its easy to create new announcements. Would like a timed launch function however, that would be great.
