Unfortunately, the support always takes several days to respond. It almost seems they wait until the free trial runs out. Their general support doesn't really know the app and their app specific support hasn't responded for more than 2 weeks now. Very disappointing as the app seems OK and would cover most of our needs.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We checked and we did send a reply a few days ago from our support email quickscan@stock-sync.com. Could you help check if you receive them? And we will also extend your trial period so you can explore our app more.
Excelente herramienta para inventarios por código de barras, descuento de productos, Estaria genial hacer una revisión a la orden con scan de código de barras y verificar que este todo surtido al tener mucho items ayudaría muchísimo

Love it works great with our scanner. We dont have to count individually. Very easy to use. I would say the only thing I dislike is that at times the system will not be able to read a scan and will say error. Even if we type by hand and its barcode and style number is synced and programmed on the Shopify app it will read as error.

I used this app to help us with our annual physical inventory count. Wish they had an iPhone app, so it could sync with the store over bluetooth or an import feature to import a .csv. But short of that the app helps update your stock quickly.
update: Gets 522 error message frequently

New interface is horrible, older one was far better but they dismiss it at the end of february. I'm searching for a new inventory app

Never responded to multiple help requests. App is slow and buggy. hard to undo an incorrect scan. hard to update inventory. too many clicks to make it useful for stocktake, etc.
