Smartviewer: Quick View

Good app and great cust service! I had a problem with it not working correctly and I contacted the developer and they responded and fixed it within 24 hours. Now that's what I call customer service...thanks!

Installed a few days ago. Think this will be especially appreciated by my mobile viewers plus make my site look even more professional for all viewers. I had a couple smaller things not working on my custom shop theme. My email was answered in a timely manner, questions were addressed & they even took it upon themselves while making corrections to tweak the coding a bit & make some other things look better in the pop up. I really like this app as an enhancement to my website. Allowing viewers to scroll through product without going to each page offers a better customer experience. The layout looks good and I like the addition of the satisfaction badge. I had a few technical problems installing, but customer service was responsive and fixed it.

Stephen and team with Secomapp are awesome! They are VERY fast to respond and eager to help resolve any issues that arise. They were even willing to help troubleshoot and help us resolve issues that weren't even related to their product/app. Our company has also used the Quick View app for over a year and love it! The 'buy now' feature is a game changer. It will help your user move through the funnel faster and increase your conversion rates. Definitely would recommend.
