After I exposed the issue that I was having, the team contacted me and was very attentive to my case. It seems that now everything is working properly. This app is duplicating my sales on QUICKBOOKS. I tried several times to contact the support team but no replies. I'm very disappointed.

I hired them to integrate all our orders from several different market places and they were very helpful and flexible while working with our market place connectors. Reliable and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I tried to download other apps to sync with my QBO, but all of them were pretty hard to use and the Customer Service wasn't able to help. Now, THIS APP is a total game changer, it works extremely well, gets the job done and their Customer Service staff is out of this world!! Download this app ASAP and make your life easier!!

I have been using Quickbooks Bridge for several months. We operate a retail music store with a Shopify eComm site and Shopify POS. Quickbooks Bridge has worked flawlessly since we did our first sync. The amount of time this app has saved me is staggering. Anytime I have contacted their support with questions (only a couple of times) they have responded quickly. I absolutely recommend this app - 5+ Stars.

This app has worked great linking QuickBooks Online and Shopify. Support has been excellent as well!

Had a little confusion with a secondary sync within QBO itself. The QB Bridge team helped me sort it all out. They get A-pluses for support. A great product.

Finally I have Shopify talking to QBO, which is amazing. Quickbooks bridge is a great value and their customer service is very helpful. Unfortunately, you are not able to get instantaneous answers, but they answer thoroughly and seem to really listen to your needs. They even built in a feature upon request which allows you to just hit a button and sync your quantities from QBO into Shopify thereby making the process easier when you receive inventory. Things that I wish were built in... a way for customer notes to transfer from Shopify to QBO. I also think they could have a bit more information available on how to use/set up the app so you wouldn't have to get as much help from them when you have questions. I do think they might be building this out more. All in all, I am quite happy with the app and I think it will continue to get better as they seem to listen to their clients. If I could have given them 4.5 stars I would have.
