Quickcep has significantly enhanced our company's operational efficiency. The incorporation of consulting channel ports has enabled us to address issues that customers have not conveyed through emails, providing a more intuitive view of customer inquiries through data. We hope that QuickChip can promptly introduce the email customer satisfaction data export function, allowing for a more objective analysis based on user evaluations.
