玩独立站这么多年，偶然发现竟然还有中文的关于邮件营销和实时对话的APP，里面的功能感觉还很好用，特别是邮件功能，将我的邮箱和这个软件绑定以后，客户发的邮件我随时都可以回复，不用专门登陆邮箱回复，而且还能和客户实时对话；机器人功能齐全，基本包含了电商使用的基本操作，不用实时在线，也能回复客户的基本问题，设置比较简单，比英文的APP好用多了，同事积累了很多客户邮箱后，也可以进行邮件营销，挽回客户，总的来说，很推荐中国卖家使用
PS：有个小小的建议，bot机器人支持拖拉拽生成流程，确实很友好，但是如果能支持自动翻译成对应的语言就好了
