玩独立站这么多年,偶然发现竟然还有中文的关于邮件营销和实时对话的APP,里面的功能感觉还很好用,特别是邮件功能,将我的邮箱和这个软件绑定以后,客户发的邮件我随时都可以回复,不用专门登陆邮箱回复,而且还能和客户实时对话;机器人功能齐全,基本包含了电商使用的基本操作,不用实时在线,也能回复客户的基本问题,设置比较简单,比英文的APP好用多了,同事积累了很多客户邮箱后,也可以进行邮件营销,挽回客户,总的来说,很推荐中国卖家使用
PS:有个小小的建议,bot机器人支持拖拉拽生成流程,确实很友好,但是如果能支持自动翻译成对应的语言就好了

QuickCEP is a pretty good product, with enough BOT templates, it fits our business scenario. Especially with active customer activation and lost customer recovery, we need it. We've been testing and using this software for about one week, and finally it is set up and put into use. Currently we just use the chat&comment and robot features, and there are some pros and cons about this application. Pros:
1. It has some basic flows that help us build our own, which are really helpful and intuitive.
2. The response from the support team is very prompt, and they correct and update in an impresive speed.
3. We could clearly see the statistics for the using of the flows and further optimize them. Cons:
The robot is still unstable like sometimes some parts of the flows would repeat automatically. But it was solved by the support team. Needs more tests and updates. Overall, we are satisfied with it and hope it could become more user-friendly and functional. In the future, we would try other features to make full use of this software and see how it goes.
