Jayson was my support specialist, he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful getting everything working for me. I am new at the online marketplaces so he was really able to help by displaying pictures and graphs of what he needed me to get done and was very understanding and held my hand through the process. Downloaded today for a test run on my new store and wasn't sure how to get around the app as I needed to import some listings from Etsy.
