Etsy Integration by QuickSync

The application was okay to navigate however there were some missing features with the integration to the website I needed it for. Despite that the agents made the cancellation process seamless.

The customer service is the best part of the app. However, the app itself seems to take a really long time to sync even just one product. The 4 stars are for the agent's willingness to help and responsiveness. Omar was very kind and patient. I really was hoping this would be a solution for us but we have so many products that it wouldn't be feasible to use this on a daily basis due to the sync ...

Installed this app to sync products from Etsy. Would like to see them add a feature to reset the QuickSync database.

This has been a helpful app but I do think it can be a bit more intuitive / user friendly.
Their helpdesk is always available and helpful, though...so that goes a long way. This has become a very useful app for my business.
