This should not be released yet. It needs to stay in BETA. As soon as you begin they want to you set on the chat app and talk with customer service about every step and then they ask if it worked but usually it doesn't. Very difficult to import or sync products. Finally after week or so of chatting every day with their support I finally got some products to show up but 90% of the products didn't have images. I love the idea of a free app to simply sync eBay to shopify and I gave this a very solid try over 2 weeks I've had it installed ad wanted it to be a fantastic solution. Please not that my store has over 2700 products and I feel like maybe the app like times out or something it just doesn't do what it should do and that makes me sad. Their support team is very friendly and always available 24/7 and for every issue they make you feel good like your problems are about to be solved but it never gets solved. They kept asking me to leave 5 star review before I could even tell if the app was working and I'm assuming that is why they have the good reviews. Maybe my store is too big? I don't know but I'm going to go back to Sellbrite because I know it works well but it isn't free.
