It's absolutely convenient to use, frankly speaking, this is my first time using product sync app on Shopify, and I got some troubles in using it. I tried to reach them out, any I got assistance right away! The customer support agent helped me a lot and she's super nice.
To sum up, I would say this is definitely a good app worth to try!
Omar was brilliant with helping syncing all our products to Tiktok. So helpful and very quick at responding to live chat
Jayson was the first one to truly solve this problem with syncing! He realized it was a category problem and immediately my items started syncing to my shop! Thank you Jayson!

I am a brand owner and needed to fulfill my Tiktok Shop orders through my Shopify. This is not my expertise so before even proceeding with using Quicksync, I reached out to support. wow. what a difference, tried do it manually through the TikTok app and Shopify and it was a disaster, nothing synced and process was confusing. almost gave up until I came across quicksync and specifically Omar, he made the process so easy and walked me through each step. Five stars all the way!!
