So I downloaded rapi on a saturday morning. before i had a chance to tinker with it, they messaged me asking if i would like assistance setting it up. David was able to copy the exact look and feel of my old widget format, and apply it to rapi. He did the bulk of the editing as a draft, and once i approved, took it live and quickly tested to make sure it wouldn't affect my customers. the software so far has worked well with no UI glitches!
