Had a bit of issues with Stamped reviews, reached out to William for help and code installation of Rapid Reviews.
He Went above and beyond to integrate Rapid Reviews to my store as well as matching the theme and colors of the store. This was all done within 48 hours and his professionalism/communication was impeccable.

This app does everything I need! I'm getting all the premium features from apps like Stamped.io at a fraction of the price. Google product ratings, video reviews, and questions and answers - all included for $6 month?! You can't beat that. William is one of the few developers that actually cares about his app's performance and its effect on store owners' page speed. I'd recommend this app and all his other apps to any business owner looking to increase their store quality while keeping costs low.

Super clean review/question section. I went with Rapid after not enjoying my experience with another app. Best part was William helping me customize things. I am no developer and having his help made the whole thing pain-free.

We recently switched to Rapid Reviews and extremely pleased so far. We are loving the new event data we're getting in Google Analytics that we didn't have previously. App load is noticeably very fast. Support has been fantastic, William helped us with installation and made sure we understand all the app features. We also integrated with Gorgias right away. Our review capture rate from our emails has increased dramatically. Also our visitors who interact with our new reviews widgets are converting more than 2X more. Highly recommended.

Awesome app and awesome support! The entire process was smooth and painless. This is a quality app and so much better than other review apps. I dont write reviews but I have to write this one because Will was amazing. We were with Stamped.io, set it all up, it was not easy but we did it. It worked for a few days and stopped. Their customer service was non existent.
We were recommended Rapidreviews and we took the switch. The set up is amazingly easy. Then, William (from Rapid) reached out to us and offered to set up anything else we needed (with suggestions). We got him to add star reviews on our collection page products, and he did so the very next business day. We didn't even reach out to him, he straight up sent us an email and offered.
The app is fantastic. I highly recommend making the switch or starting with Rapid if you are new.
