Rapid Reviews: Product Reviews

The Rapid Reviews app is as fast as it can get at the review world. It is even faster than the native Shopify reviews app. Very satisfied with it! William takes very good care of any requests / special needs that do come up.

We were able to import all our YotPo reviews and not only save $400/mo, but our website is 18 points faster on pagespeed insights using Rapid Reviews as opposed to YotPo, which is huge for us.

We've recently migrated over to Rapid Reviews from Stamped.io. Stamped was massively slowing our site down and the admin took a decade to load. We were paying a lot and quite a few of the features weren't included and its refreshing to know the premium features are included as standard. Will has been fab helping us with setup when we had some teething issues. He's quick to respond and will jump on a screenshare if needed. 100% recommend Rapid Reviews.

We recently switched to Rapid Reviews and extremely pleased so far. We are loving the new event data we're getting in Google Analytics that we didn't have previously. App load is noticeably very fast. Support has been fantastic, William helped us with installation and made sure we understand all the app features. We also integrated with Gorgias right away. Our review capture rate from our emails has increased dramatically. Also our visitors who interact with our new reviews widgets are converting more than 2X more. Highly recommended.

Set up and integration were a breeze and any questions we had were quickly answered in detail by the founder, William. It has additional features our previous review app would charge a large amount to upgrade for, so it's a win for us. We are in the early stages of using Rapid Reviews, however so far we would highly recommend making the switch.

I dont write reviews but I have to write this one because Will was amazing. We were with Stamped.io, set it all up, it was not easy but we did it. It worked for a few days and stopped. Their customer service was non existent.
We were recommended Rapidreviews and we took the switch. The set up is amazingly easy. Then, William (from Rapid) reached out to us and offered to set up anything else we needed (with suggestions). We got him to add star reviews on our collection page products, and he did so the very next business day. We didn't even reach out to him, he straight up sent us an email and offered.
The app is fantastic. I highly recommend making the switch or starting with Rapid if you are new.

Love this app! As I was looking at the apps that had heavy load times my number one issue was Yotpo. We looking to replace it I found Rapid Reviews and was amazed at how much faster the app is over all the competition. Google Merchant Center was not showing all of our star ratings, but it is fixed now. I reached out to William about the app and talked about some other issues I was having with load times and an unrelated 404 issue. He even pointed me in the right direction for finding other help. William is more than helpful. I strongly encourage you to try out the Rapid Reviews app!
