Fantastic app. I not only use it for the obvious search functions but I rebuilt how my collections look around this app. Superb. As is the support for tweaks especially from Rebeka. Amazing all round!

This Shopify search app has been outstanding! It provides a complete and efficient search experience, making it easy for customers to find what they’re looking for. The integration process was smooth, and it worked perfectly with my store’s theme. I was initially critical of the system regarding how they count sessions, however I have to commend the customer service for getting in touch and doing all they can to alleviate my concerns and I am now a subscriber to the app. So credit to them for that.
I am still not a fan of the AI responses, as clever as it is (Very clever!) it lacks the human touch required when someone doesn't understand the subject in detail.
The app itself in my opinion is the best out there in terms of function vs simplicity, it is also a reasonable price.
I look forward to continuing to use the app.
Hello! We differentiate the pricing based on sessions, but the main statistics we provide are search statistics. Your screenshot showed ~2,4k sessions for the last 7 days so we can first assume that your monthly sessions exceed our Basic 1's plan that allows up to 5,000 sessions, but we will be more than happy to confirm this with you. :)

Support is good, the app is good. BUT THEY LIE ABOUT THE NUMBER OF SEARCHES & ROI.
PLEASE BE AWARE THEY WILL TRY TO HIKE THE NUMBER OF SEARCHES TO MAKE MORE MONEY!!!!!!

Could you please provide more details about the issue? We track searches for statistical purposes and sessions for pricing. If you believe any of this data is inaccurate, please let us know. I assure you, if there is an issue, it is not intentional.

With 15,000 products, a search function is very important to us. After trying several Apps this one seems to be the best. Instant search looks very good and works perfectly after setting everything up properly. AI seems to work well. Support can also set everything right in your theme. Recommend this app for anyone who has a large complex range! Robin
