I had a very bad experience with this app.
When I downloaded the app it messed up my theme. My site is connected to a completely different Shopify store I own, when I click the logo (home) it takes the customer to a completely different website.
It is also impossible to add anything to cart any longer.
I deleted the app, tried to delete all the code but nothing.
This issue is on the refresh theme, I published two other themes to check if I still had the same issues and they are working fine with no issues.
I contacted Shopify, they said it’s an issue with code and they can’t help so I need to contact the app developer. I did and the next day they responded and asked for access to my store. I thought this was great I’ll get it all sorted, but they logged in once and did nothing. I’ve been emailing them for a few days with no response and I received another access request which I accepted and still nothing.
I have a website sitting there that I can’t use that I spent hours customising. I’m literally going to have to do this all over again with a new theme just because of downloading this app.

We've sent multiple emails from hello@rapidsearch.app to your email addresses (p******83@btinternet.com and s***rt@teenybumps.org). We also reached out via your website's contact form and our app chat, but it seems our messages might have gone to spam or been filtered out.
Could you please provide us with an alternative phone number or schedule a Zoom meeting so we can resolve this matter? The phone number we have on file hasn't been successful in reaching you.
We resolved your issue two days ago but haven't received any response. Also, our investigation found that the "Add to cart" issue you had on your store was unrelated to Rapid Search!
The app doesn't work with all themes. We also disabled the app for a few months, yet they still send us emails stating that we have reached 90% of our account's session limit and need to upgrade. Hmmmm, How is that possible if the app isn't even active on our website? If the app was active, I may have fallen for this and upgraded, shame on you guys for giving your customers false analytics.
