We found this app to be the most powerful help desk one can ever use for eCommerce. We've been trying in the past 15 years many other solutions such as Zendesh, Helpscout...but re-amaze surpasses them all by far. Nothing is missing yet they have design a very intuitive UI easy to use and configure. Re-amaze helps use unify our entire customer support into a single solution. We can even reply to all our customers comments on social media. The support is really top notch and their price is competitive and fair. Congratulation to all the team!
We tried several customer service platforms before easily settling on re:amaze. Re:amaze was the only option that allowed us to do everything we wanted and more. We were able to easily integrate with our Shopify store, our payment system for recurring subscriptions, and offer our customers real-time chat and searchable solutions via our fully customized FAQ page/help site. We were also able to pull in all of our customer's data via the Stripe integration and are now using re:amaze as a lite CRM system, making customer service a breeze! In addition, the seamless integration with RingCentral allows us to track, record, and call customers right from the re:amaze app or online platform. We also love how intuitive the app is in conjunction with the online view of the re:amaze portal. Anytime we had a question and reached out to re:amaze support, we received an intelligent and easy-to-apply solution within hours. The price is very reasonable for the array of services you can offer your customers through re:amaze and we would highly recommend it as a customer service solution.
Great support - Marvin was super helpful! Also gave me tips for a new store like mine on getting new sales. Using this for managing my Facebook sales/support for now until I expand and start selling through my website.
Reamaze is our third attempt at a customer friendly and user friendly Chat app. While every experience with Chat has had its challenges, Reamze has a solid onboarding process. You have to commit to reading, listening and viewing the tutorials like everything, although every question I have is in the documentation. I have had around 10 interactions with their support team and that pushed me from a 4 Stars to a 5 Stars. If you can't find or understand the need, chat their team and they are great. We started with one employee three years ago and now have 10 and continue to grow. Two words of advice, be patient - be open to new ways of doing something. OK. 10 words of advice. In getting deeper in to the documentation, I can see how this App can help our business grow from a simple chat response in to a full automated service tool.
I almost never take time to write reviews, but reamaze is such a well done product, I decided to take a moment and give them a shout out here! We love the Shopify integration, Shipstation integration, ActiveCampaign Integration, the many channels for customers to connect all integrated into one spot and the way the product has been thoughtfully built to be easy to use. They even have custom visualization modules for the conversation page, which admittedly I haven't tried yet, but its what we will need eventually.

It Integrates very well with pretty much everything we needed.
We are in the early stages of using ReAmaze, but so far we are very impressed. The additional functionality, automation, team management, and multi-brand serviceability far exceed our previous solution (Gmail in G-Suite).
ReAmaze customer service has also been nothing short of exceptional. We are looking forward to utilizing more features, and giving our customers a better experience utilizing ReAmaze.

The best of the best support desk / chat systems I have used. The most amazing thing with Reamaze was the ability to add multiple brands for a very very low cost. I have all my brands in one dashboard, and never miss a single customer query. Since it's connected to shopify, it gives me all info about a customer who I am talking to. Amazing job guys!
So far we are in love with Re:amaze. My team has a bounce in their step and there are so many things that are just awesome about the platform. Granted we had come from Desk.com 1 and then ServiceCloud so it was probably pretty easy to impress us. But the Shopify integration with Reamaze is excellent. I haven’t found a single thing that I have tried to do that I can’t do within reamaze. Also, it is easy to go from Shopify to reamaze from an order page so the workflows are perfect for us. We do a lot of custom products so being able to tag products in shopify as custom and populate a channel in reamaze is awesome.
The chat features in reamaze was one of the big sellers for us over Gorgias. We integrated our FAQ and all of our macros… Now, honestly half of the questions are getting answered before they are making it to an email… And you can see exactly what they saw from the chatbot if the FAQs didn’t answer their questions, so we use that to make better and better FAQs. Also, love checking order status from the chat bot. Awesome.
