This program is really easy to use and integrates well with Shopify. Re:Amaze is a favorite tool among several team members. I even contacted them to ask about the platform, and they were so kind as to arrange a call. Dakota went over a lot of the new features and products they have that can be beneficial for our business with me. I appreciate you being attentive a lot!
The re:amaze Helpdesk always supports with a helpful solution and the response time is really good. We are using the tool for three years now and are happy how its simplicity and its support team are beneficial to our daily work.
This is the best CRM we have ever used and we tried many. From Gorgias to Zendesk and others. It saves us a huge amount of time every day with their workflows, intents and easily customizable response templates. The number of merged data tags that can be pulled from Shopify and the degree of customization is insane! Their support is incredibly helpful too. We will stay loyal forever!
I've been with Reamaze for a long time, basically since their inception. The software does its job perfectly without fluff and tools nobody uses.
The integration with Shopify is great. When I get emails from customers, I can see at a glance if, what and when they ordered something.
The integrated chat is a bonus. It could use a little polishing, but the staff promised me they're working on that.
Still worth 5 stars.
Update January 2018: Reamaze keeps adding rockstar features and the integration with Shopify is getting deeper with every update.
You're not doing yourself a favour by choosing a cheaper solution than Reamaze. Period.
Amazing App, Amazing Staff, some app developers are just there for the money and Some will go out of their way just to make their customers feel their best. And this is what Reamaze is about.
I can't talk enough about how amazing this app is, the best chat app I have ever used and I have tried a lot. The support team is amazingly friendly and helpful. Marvin You Rock, Thank you for everything, I will never change this app for anything.
