What an incredible tool for your business! I made the switch from a self-hosted solution of ladesk to this incredible tool. The way that it integrates with Shopify is amazing.

When dealing with one of your past customers through live chat or from a simple contact you form, you get a detailed look into their past conversations with you, how long they've been a customer, what they purchased, how much they've spent with you, order details, shipping details and much much more. All of this information you have right in front of you while interacting with your customers either live or not.

Not to mention, you also get to use your own custom domain for your help/support desk without the need for web hosting.

Easy integration within your Shopify store without the need to touch any of your theme template files, along with easy customization of the widget to easily match the theme of your website.

We should've used this app earlier. Setting up channel for each sales channel is very helpful. This app has almost everything for the customer service. Their support is awesome too. I want to give them 10 stars, if it's possible. Thank you for saving our time.

We have been using this app for a while now and it's been amazing. Being able to easily integrate multiple channels so we can view all messages and questions has been life changing. Top notch support and great feature set makes this support software well worth it.

This app is fantastic. it has almost completely automated our online customer service.

It puts everything in one place, SMS, Email, Social Etc...
You can make the bots do almost anything on their own, answering questions from customers.

We rarely have to interact with customers, as most questions are answered automatically.

Customer support is fantastic. I asked them a question at 4 PM yesterday and the problem was fixed by 5:30.
