Rebuy has really been a great tool for us to leverage product recommendations. The smart cart is really advanced and easy to customize. It's certainly doing everything it promises, whilst offering really excellent service from their Merchant Success and Tech team!

There are 2 amazing things about this app. The first one is the actual usefulness of it; great features and easy to use. A must have for any store owners. The second one is the customer service team; i've never seen any business have this much responsiveness and transparency in their communication. These guys care about their customers and products and it shows!

Rebuy is a fantastic way to offer upsells and a better cart experience. It was was super easy to install, and it's easy to implement new features and customize to your needs. The support staff is awesome—always helpful and extremely timely.

From the get-go Rebuy has been an incredible partner. They completed our onboarding on Black Friday in less than 24 hours. Our CSM, Max Trummer, is truly the best of the best. He's incredibly hands-on and is always suggesting ways that we can increase our ROI. Rebuy is constantly rolling out new features and their technology has proved to be invaluable for personalization, up-sell/cross-sell and just recently- search optimization.

We have been able to easily do some promotions that were very difficult in the past with automatically adding free gifts to orders. We are also seeing a huge uplift with the smart cart and ai recommendations!

We've had a similar experience using Rebuy as Primal Kitchen. Almost everything we do is built around subscriptions so the fact that Rebuy works with this in mind has been great for us. We've been using Rebuy for a little over 7 months now and it's definitely helped boost sales and overall revenue. We use the app to send automated order follow up emails with embedded coupons which we use to incentivize reorders and the smart cross sell tools (customers who bought this also bought) on our product pages and shopping cart. Rebuy works with our subscription app ReCharge which is really nice. Also, the app has stellar in-app reporting using the 30 60 and 90 performance reports so you can see what impact the app is having. For example sales figures, click through rates, average revenue per email, add to carts, product views, etc. Developers have been quick to respond and open to feedback. Great app. 5 stars.

Another Update: Rebuy keeps doing its thing, it's lifted our AOV and their customer service continues to be stellar.

Update: All the issues were addressed and the Rebuy team came through. I had my doubts at the beginning but everything has been handled professionally. It goes to show that any implementations on the store can be troublesome but at the end, it matters when the vendor is willing to stick with you and fix the issues at hand. I have a new found respect for the Rebuy team in this 180 turnaround.

Our sales got slashed by almost 50% whenever theRebuy "smart cart" was in use. We reached out to support and we felt they treated us like it was our fault. We thought the implementation process was rocky and incompetent with several hiccups but the final result was what sealed the deal. We honestly can't recommend Rebuy if you have a seven figure store. Review update Nov 1st, 2022: Working with the Rebuy team to reimplement and work out the issues in the original implementation.
